1/4 cup sauteed brussel sprouts in EVOO, garlic, salt & pepper
1 can diet coke
Snack:
4 spoonfuls of Chocolate mousse
Dinner:
1 hamburger
mayo, mustard
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tsp worchister (spelled wrong) sauce
1/4 cup brussel sprouts
Water: (8 eight ounce glasses)
