I cheated...

In my moment of feeling like crap over the numbers on the scale not going down.. I cheated and ate chinese food. Enough said.

UGH! Tomorrow is a new day.

  1. Oh no! Drink lots of water, go for a run, take your supplements, and keep it moving. And stop focusing on the scale! Try to stay focused on how great you feel. If you aren't losing, go back to induction and start over. Don't beat yourself up too much- it happens. Use if as fuel for the low carb fire!
